plss someone help me regarding on the game problem

i already finished my ran offline but i have a problem my characrter is always stock whenever i go to the gates (any gate like going outside the campus, going to the market, going inside the campus) so i have to use crc card just and return card just to go inside the campus. is there any solution for that.
